Include useful details

Your Android version and device model.
Whether the issue involves local video, YouTube, subtitles, AI, or speech.
The steps that led to the issue and the exact error message.

Please never send an API key. Avoid attaching private videos or full subtitle files unless support specifically requests a minimal sample that you are allowed to share.

Delete local data

PicoPhrase does not use accounts. Delete individual keys and saved items inside the app, or delete all app data through Android Settings → Apps → PicoPhrase → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling PicoPhrase also removes its private local data.
